You can make the allthemodium bee by mutating the draconic bee. Unfortunately, you can't mutate the allthemodium bee into itself (with the allthemodium honey block) or into the vibranium (with the vibranium block). This is suppose to work, but it's broken. At present there is no way to make the vibranium bee.

Yes, only, at least with all of my tests. It cannot be found in the nether or end. - You can simply mine it with a Obsidian Pickaxe from Tiny Progressions (takes about 15sec) A lot of pickaxes don't work, except this one with just 3 obsidian and 2 sticks. The Atomic Disassembler in fast mode requires 2sec. I used a Digital Miner from Mekanism with a "Tag" filter here: forge:ores/stella_arcanum That will find it way faster than you can. But you only need 1 of those. You do however need 3 Xpetrified Orbs which has a green/yellow ish glow to it. Those come from Xpetrified Orbs and are much more abondent in the Twilight. Kill a warden. I can kill them in under 20 seconds with that sword.
